Home owners are retired and do not want the expense of a pool anymore. We demoed the pool and backfilling. Stay tuned for grading and new lawn install were the pool was.

Hampton Walkway

Home owner wanted new granite steps and walkway. Choose Gagne n Son Holland stone brick paver herringbone pattern with edging. We also lowered bed elevation in front of house removed shrubs and also transplanted some.

North Hampton Drainage

Contractor installed a drainage system by back barn door to stop water from coming in but there was still a issue. Home owner hired are company to fix the problem. We removed drain and excavated to expose drainage pipe which was solid. We drilled holes in pipe to catch water added Mirafi fabric to keep stone clean and then added stone. Will add more photos as we go.

Going Green

Customer had water issues do to grade of hot top driveway. We installed a Techo paver which is called Perma paver and is used for water run off issues.

Demolition York

Town wanted homeowner to clean up the lot. We removed some trees and debris along with 3 trailers and a shed. We had to removal all without disturbing the deck.

Portsmouth Hardscape

Met this customer about 3 months ago they had 2 failing concrete walls that will be replaced by SRW walls and failing steps which were replaced with granite and also wanted to replace walk with something more decorative. Check in for updates has the project goes on!

Stratham back yard

This customer wanted a face lift on there back yard so removed existing deck putting in a paver patio and a bluestone patio, drainage and 7000sqft of new lawn. Check back for updates!

Greenland

A new development in Greenland we did a front entry at there neighbors house and they gave us a great review. I met with the homeowners and they had a design in mind which matched a job we were working on in Dover NH they came out and looked at the job in fell in love! We spent alot of time on the design and material for this job which will include lighting and plantings.

Wood wall falling down

2 landscape timber walls failed along side this driveway in York Maine. We replaced both with concrete retaining walls a nice clean and tight look.

Stone Work

We have been on this project going on are 4th season. We have done over 7 stonewalls various steps and walkways. Adding 15,000 sqft of lawn also.

Greenland Walkway

New development in Seacoast area all the homes came with no walkway or steps.

Stratham

New front entry for customer. Removed old brick walkway and brick steps and old metal light post. Added new Salmon granite steps at front door and in walkway with Theco pavers. Also transplanted some plants.

Exeter NH Drainage

5 year old driveway that was failing due to improper installation. This customer is at the bottom of neighborhood and receives a lot of water.

Hampton Patio

Homeowner was tired of old wooden deck and wanted something new. So we designed a raised patio system that steps down onto another patio. The homeowner also wanted privacy so we are planting 8-10 Techny (Mission Arbs) across the back yard.
